Situated in the heart of the Medoc, Château Tour de Haut-Moulin is a 35ha family-owned estate near Margaux. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with just a dash of Petit Verdot, it is drinking perfectly now.Complex aromas of soft red fruits and toasty oak. Good depth of flavour on the palate, with cherry fruit, hints of liquorice and leathery notes. Mature and mellow and yet still showing good fruit characters, this would be deliciouswith a selection of mature cheeses.

The Domaine Garnier estate is run by two brothers, the elder one, Xavier, concentrates on the vineyards and his younger brother Jérôme on winemaking and running the business. Significant investment has been made recently with a brand new winery constructed 3 years ago that it is now a showcase within the Chablis . Although 21ha at the moment, more vineyards are being planted within their father's land and the brothers hope to be able to expand the estate in the near future.

Displaying the classic steely mineral character of Chablis on the nose, the palate has a good concentration of fruit with a clean long finish. Ideal with seafood.
